INDIGO has extensive capacity to successfully lead and manage a capital raising program for qualified parties. Our record of success has developed long term relationships with private funders, equity trusts and institutional funds who welcome the opportunity to review our quality deals.

Capital Raising requirements from our clients will generally classify into one of our 3 main criteria.
 

1. Private Lending

Ozpac’s reputation as a short term lender is widely known and highly respected. Many applications from a wide variety of situations are assessed by our private funding group on a daily basis. Our access to private funds enables us to assess each application on a “case by case” basis and where appropriate match the borrower’s requirements with certain funder’s risk criteria, enabling us to facilitate a suitable solution when the applicant’s situation may not quite fit the general lending criteria of mainstream institutions (banks etc). We lend from $50,000 to $5,000,000 with terms from 3 to 12 months.
 

2. Property Funding

A critical component of most property transactions and in almost all cases of property development additional funding-generally private funding is required. The Ozpac group excels in this type of capital raising. From years of successful capital input opportunities put forth to our private funders they are always anxious to look to at our next opportunity.

Developers Capital requirements can vary greatly and whether your needs are a short term top up for acquisition or a long term partner for a large project, Ozpac can guide you to the right solution and more often than not add value to your entire project.

Our many clients seek our services at all stages of a development:

Our Capital raising placement for property generally is in the $50,000 to $10,000,000 range with terms from 3months to 3 years (it is assessed on what the project may require).
 

3. Short Term Loan Products

INDIGO have the ability to approve and perform all the required due diligence on short term loans in house.

Borrow up to 80% of your properties value with funds available immediately after settlement. Loan amounts up to $5,000,000, with higher amount considered on a case by case basis.

Exit Strategies
INDIGO understands that a confirmed exit strategy is a crucial part of the Short Term loan approval process. The exit strategy confirms to us how the funds will be repaid. This usually consists of either of the following, but other strategies may be considered on their merits:

• Refinance
• Sale of Property
